The other day, I showed two examples of UPD failing to stop at stop signs. I was ticketed by the Ukiah Police Department's famed Sergeant Kevin Murray, for supposedly not stopping at a stop sign. Onee week later, I was almost t-boned at Main and Norton, by a UPD Officer who failed to stop while not in an emergent situation. He just didn't seem to feel obligated to stop, because of his position. I stopped in front of him, put two fingers to my own eyes, and then pointed them at him... indicating I am watching him.

Well, here are examples of the Ukiah Police Department failing to enforce motor vehicle codes at THEIR OWN HEADQUARTERS. You will see Ukiah city vehicles amongst the cars which do not stop.

It costs money to patrol. You need a police officer and a car, with gas. Police make more than a CSO Officer does.

The City has clearly decided, based on evidence, that they have no money to enforce the motor vehicle codes around town. They do have money to employ a parking HOBBIT to run around town in Mork-from-Ork's egg... preying on taxpayers. The city uses YOUR money... to employ a hobbit... to ticket cars on empty streets at 0800hrs when no one is in town. Even the homeless that she must step over in order to do her "job" aren't awake yet.

It isn't about parking, or a lack of it. it is about raising money to feed the monkey: the $189k/yr cretin "managing" the city. Gotta feed the monkey, man.

Think about it. The city has no money to address actual hazards... like unleashed animals, or people running stop signs. No money for that shit. Yet, they have enough of YOUR money, to employ someone, to prey on you for fines... because you parked too long on an empty street at 0800-0900hrs.
